Book 47 of 2012

Book 47 of 2012: Still Missing by Chevy Stevens. This is probably the most vivid and jarring account of an abduction and sexual abuse I have ever read. Although it's a fictional account, the author does not make any attempt to dull the impact, so this book will stay with you. A 33-year-old realtor suddenly goes missing from her hometown, and the story is told from her perspective. There's obviously more to it, but I don't want to spoil the book. I could not put the book down. It was an excellent and very raw read.
